I bought my first Audi in 2010, a 2010 A4. In June of 2011 I participated in the Drivers Education event at Blackhawk raceway. It was a very memorable and exciting event for me. I have a framed photo of me driving my car hanging in my garage. Although my experiences with the club have been limited I believe I can contribute much to the operation of the club. My job requires that I speak publicly in addition I have a background in organizing small groups of people (5-6). I'm not certain of what duties and responsibilities I may have in this position but I will do my best carry out anything that is requested of me.

It is a great pleasure to serve on the board for the ACCCC. As the Autocross event master we have successfully updated the timing equipment and helped to put together a smooth running event. I hope that you would vote to keep me on board to help further improve next year's autocross as well being involved with all of the other events the club will put on during the year. There is a lot of gratification working as a team for the club and it gets better every year. Thanks and see you at the next event!

I've been active with the Chicagoland Chapter for about 12 years now, on the board most of that time and now serve as the Chapter vice president. During that tenure I've helped start the chapter's autocross events enabling many enthusiasts to come together 5 times per year for a day of fun at a very reasonable cost. I also head up the chapter's sponsorship program which helps to offset the cost of our events and allows us to keep the fees down for our participants. Additionally, I take pride in the early relationship with the principals of Autobahn Country Club. This initiative allowed the Chicagoland Chapter to be the first club to host an event at Autobahn as it opened its doors to its members. This leads me to one of my favorite ways to pass a weekend, our chapter driver's schools...
I've been instructing at our drivers schools since 2001, played the event master several times for our Autobahn DE's and have been running classroom with Bob Humphrey for the last several years. In addition to the driver's schools, I also help with our chapter's teen driving clinics. I find the teen clinics to be the most rewarding events we do all year. It's amazing how far our 16-18 year old participants advance in just one day with smiles ear to ear as they navigate the combined exercise. I'll finish by encouraging your participation. Take advantage of what's available to you as a Chicagoland Chapter member. Whether it's the inexpensive autocrosses, the social event of a fall drive or the upcoming holiday party, a drivers school for yourself or a teen-driving clinic for your 16-18 year old; the chapter offers plenty to be involved in. I've met some of my best friends at these events, I hope to meet you there as well.

Fellow members - I am sure you all agree that ACCCC is a great club and that we always have fun together in every event. Not only that we have many great events, but we also meet a lot of people that share the same passion through our events. Those that know me have probably seen me at many Autocrosses, but I have also enjoyed and experienced different events through our club or other clubs including Track, Road Rally, Cruise/Drive, and others. My passion for Motorsports was started in early 80s and it continued to grow after joining ACCCC about 6 years ago.
As a proud member of ACCCC, I would like to step forward to be considered for a position on the Board of Directors. My goal is to bring fresh energy to the club. It would be my honor to give back to the people that share the same passion, whether you're driving an Audi or other cars. With professional experience in Engineering & Manufacturing area for Fortune 500 Company, and combined with the love for Audi and Motorsports, I am sure that I will bring a positive contribution to the club.
Thank you for the consideration

It has been my pleasure to serve on your club's Board and as your Treasurer for the last four years. My involvement with Audi's began in 2001 when I bought my first S4. I joined the club shortly after and my passion for Audi's and the Club has not stopped growing. I first got involved with Driver's Safety Schools and that was where I got a taste of what this club is all about; the people. It is a tremendous group and a tremendous club and that was why I first ran for the Board four years ago. I wanted to give back to a club that has provided me with so much enjoyment over the years.
My four years on the Board and as Treasurer have been awesome, and I wish to continue in the same capacity. We have continued to run a financially solid club that is able to give back to its members. I have integrated Quicken into our Club's accounting system, which enables us to run monthly profit and loss statements, as well as track all expenditures to make sure we are being fiscally responsible to the club and its members. I would like to continue to build on what we have worked so hard on over the last four years to make our club even better.
My club involvements, outside of serving on the Board, have included numerous driver's safety schools and now instructing at these events for the club. I have also instructed at two of our Teen Safe Driver Clinics. Both are extremely rewarding knowing that we are making the roads safer one driver at a time. Above all, the friendships I have developed over the last 10 years are how I define the club and what has made it so special to me. It is truly a great group I will continue to work hard to keep the club the best!
I am currently Managing Director with Northwestern Mutual and have been with them for the last 12 years. I have been married to my wife Kelley since 2001 and we have three daughters, McKenzy (5), Teagan (2) and Brecklyn (1).

"3 Tracks in 3 Days, Spring Drives, Show'n'Shines, Fall Drives... these are the events I either helped organize or coordinated with others in the past. I enjoy volunteering for this great club, not only because of my passion for cars, and Audi especially, but primarily because of the great people that attend our events. I ask for your vote so I can continue to do my best but would also like to ask for more input from you, the members, on ideas how we can improve our events, process, etc.

I am interested in getting more involved with The Chicago Chapter of the ACNA. I have been an Audi Club member since 2004 and an Audi Fan for life! My 1st Audi was a 92 100S from Schaumburg Audi and have had 17 additional since then. I have owned 100's, A6's, A4's, TT's, and an early '95 Cabriolet. More recently have enjoyed ownership of an 11 S4, and currently an outstanding 05 TT 3.2Q Roadster and a new generation 2012 A6 3.0Q. I have enjoyed driving Audi's for almost 20 years!
The Summer Picnic was my 1st opportunity to meet fellow Audi Club members & to meet Petar Antonic who organized the event. I enjoyed the fellowship and "Audi Talk"! The Fall Drive was my 2nd Chapter event, an outstanding experience. My 1st chance to truly "drive" that TT Roadster and meet additional ACNA members & their guests.
As an advocate of the Audi Club I have promoted membership to my Audi "converts" and friends. I strongly feel the surrounding Audi Dealerships should take a more active role in membership & sponsorships of our local events! It is "WE" their client base that is the lifeblood of this organization. They can easily promote membership to that 1st time & repeat Audi buyer at delivery.
I have been a Retail & Commercial Banker in the Northwest Suburbs since 1979, and have maintained memberships in both Rotary International & local Chambers of Commerce
I would be honored to serve on the ACNA Chicago Chapter's Board, promote membership and Dealer participation.
Respectfully, John D Haniotes
