Get ready for the annual Audi Car Club Chicagoland Chapter Spring Drive! This edition will commence in Gillson Park (Lake Ave, just east of Sheridan Rd.), Wilmette, on Sunday, May 7, and will end just over the border in Kenosha.
The theme for this drive is Lake Michigan. Following parts of the Great Lakes Circle Tour, the drive features many scenic and historic places along the lakefront with gorgeous vistas of the lake.
The drive will conclude around 1:00 PM, followed by lunch at the Boat House, conveniently located at the corner of Lake Michigan and Kenosha's small boat harbor, and will allow for more individual activities in the afternoon. More than just the drive, you can make the day an excursion by being located near places such as the Mars Cheese Castle, the outlet malls at Kenosha, Gurnee Mills Mall, or Great America.
There is no cost for the event and you may order your lunch and drinks from the menu at the restaurant. Each participant or group is responsible for their bill at the restaurant.
Online registration is open and registering ahead of time will ensure sufficient seating for all participants at the restaurant.
